May is here, and our classrooms are blooming! This month is full of milestones, movement, and growing independence—and we love getting to watch your little ones thrive each day. 💛
>> 📲 Checking kiddos in/out
Just a quick reminder to please make sure to check your child in and out each day in the Playground app. This is an important safety measure that helps us ensure all children are accounted for at all times, while also allowing us to smoothly continue your child’s schedule in the morning. 😊
>> 👒 Weather Attire
The weather is warming up, which means it’s time for a little wardrobe refresh! ☀️ Please make sure your child’s extra clothes bin is updated with weather-appropriate items, and that everything is clearly labeled with your child’s first and last name.
Helpful items to include:
• A sun hat
• Sunscreen (if your child uses a different brand than LRB’s)
• Closed-toe shoes suitable for outdoor play
• Lightweight, warm-weather clothing

Make sure kiddos are starting their day off clean! 🫧 Washing hands at drop-off helps keep our classrooms healthy and sets the tone for a safe and happy day of learning! 💛
Easter Egg Hunt RECAP! 🐰✨
Our Easter Egg Hunt was filled with excitement, laughter, and so many sweet moments as our kiddos explored, discovered eggs, and enjoyed time with their friends and families!
We loved watching their curiosity and joy shine—thank you to all of our families who joined us and made this day so special! 💛
Parent-Teacher Conferences UPDATE! 📚
Due to teacher vacations in May, Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held during the first two weeks of June!
This will allow our teachers to be fully present and prepared to discuss your child’s growth, development, and progress. More information regarding sign-ups will be shared soon—we look forward to connecting with you! 💛

We are so excited to introduce Ms. Irene to our Barn family! 💛 Ms. Irene will be joining the Piglets classroom and can’t wait to build meaningful connections with parents and their little ones! She is passionate about creating a safe, loving environment where children can learn, grow, and feel supported each day.
