Destanie White | Lead Non-Mobile Infant Teacher

Hi, my name is Destanie. I am a dedicated infant teacher with 3 years of experience in early childhood development. My philosophy centers on providing a nurturing and responsive environment where infants feel secure and cherished, enabling them to confidently explore their world and develop essential skills. The goal is to observe and understand each baby’s unique cues, fostering their cognitive, social, and emotional growth through interactive play, sensory experiences, and gentle guidance. I love open communication with families to ensure a smooth and joyful experience for everyone is important. One of the many things I am excited for is to go on as many hiking trips this summer because it will be my first full summer in Colorado! I am excited to build long-lasting relationships with all of the families at The Little Red Barn.
