Passion is what creates a successful venture and passion is at the root of why I founded The Little Red Barn. While completing my Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies at Colorado State University, with a dual concentration in Early Childhood Professions and Leadership and Entrepreneurship, I found my true passion for Early Childhood Education, and knew it was where I was meant to be.
I began as a substitute teacher who worked with kids aged between six weeks and six years. From there, I found a love for working with infants and became a lead 1-year-old teacher. Eventually, I found a long-term position as a Lead Infant Teacher. After graduating, I began my leadership career as a Director, which soon blossomed into a new love for supporting not only our children, but our incredible teachers and parents as well.
Being in a classroom, I feel I am able to bring a fresh perspective to the business side of Early Childhood Education. I promise you that you will never find anyone more passionate about early childhood learning, who truly cares more about every aspect of education and communication.
I can’t wait to hear from you, and hope to soon welcome you into The Little Red Barn family!

assistant infant teacher
My faith and family are the two most important things in my life. I ran my own childcare center out of my home years ago when my children were young. Being able to continue that passion years later makes me so happy! Seeing these kiddos every day just melts my heart!

lead mobile infant teacher
I’ve always been a natural nurturer. My younger brother and I are 12 years apart! So, I played a big role in his upbringing. However, through that, I learned that the best part of my day is watching children discover new skills and with that spark of joy and accomplishment you feel when they share their excitement with you, is the cherry on top.
